Common questions
I forgot my password. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you sign in with Google, use the Google button instead.
I am waiting for access. New sign-ups are reviewed before they can use Backpack. If you have waited more than a business day, email us.
How do I get Backpack? Backpack is included with an Agency Builders membership. Ask the admin of your organization to invite you, or visit agencybuilders.com.
Delete your account
- On the web: sign in, open your Profile, choose the Account tab, and use “Delete account”. Type DELETE to confirm.
- In the iPhone app: go to More, then Account, then Delete Account.
This removes your personal details and signs you out everywhere. Work you did for your organization stays with it as “Deleted user”. If you are your organization’s only admin and other people still use it, make someone else an admin first. If you cannot sign in, email jay@businessbldrs.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
